Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account and using Blyzr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of Blyzr, operated by Blyzr Limited.

2. The service

Blyzr is a social media content management platform. We allow you to generate, review, approve, and automatically publish social media content to your connected accounts. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Blyzr.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Content and publishing

  • You are solely responsible for all content published through Blyzr to your social media accounts.
  • Blyzr only publishes content that you have explicitly approved.
  • You must ensure your content complies with the terms of service of each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • You must not use Blyzr to publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Blyzr is offered on monthly subscription plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

6. Free trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. The trial period and included features are as shown at sign-up. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using Blyzr.

7. Generated content

Content generated by Blyzr is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before approving it for publication. Blyzr is not liable for any consequences arising from published content.

8. Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Blyzr.
  • You grant Blyzr a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
  • Blyzr's platform, brand, and technology remain the property of Blyzr Limited.

9. Limitation of liability

Blyzr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that published posts will always succeed (social media platforms may have outages or API changes beyond our control). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blyzr Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Blyzr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
