1. Who we are
Blyzr ("we", "us", "our") is a social media content management platform operated by Blyzr Limited. We help businesses generate, approve, and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Brand profile: Business name, description, tone of voice, target audience, and any brand assets you upload.
- Social account data: When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, we store access tokens and page information needed to publish content on your behalf.
- Content: Captions, images, and scheduled posts you create or generate through Blyzr.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details.
- Usage data: How you interact with the platform, for the purpose of improving our service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Blyzr platform.
- To generate content tailored to your brand using the information in your brand profile.
- To publish approved posts to your connected social media accounts at scheduled times.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you transactional emails (post published notifications, billing receipts).
- To improve our platform features.
4. Social media permissions
When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn accounts, you grant Blyzr permission to:
- Read your connected pages and accounts.
- Publish content to those pages and accounts on your behalf.
We only post content that you have explicitly approved. We do not read your personal messages, followers list, or any data beyond what is needed to publish posts.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services needed to operate Blyzr:
- Supabase — database and file storage.
- Anthropic — content generation (your brand profile is sent to generate captions).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn — publishing your approved posts.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the Channels page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
